Firm Profile

In 2005, David Gammino founded the construction company City & Guilds. What began as a small firm focused upon residential historic restoration has grown to become a Richmond based, Class A general contractor with a broad range of capabilities encompassed within multiple divisions.

To date, City & Guilds has participated in the construction of a thousand apartments and over 750,000 square feet of historic renovations / conversions.
